Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CollectorsStashMarket account at any time. This satisfies the GDPR right to erasure and Google Play policy.

From the app

1. Open Profile → Settings.
2. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account.
3. Confirm. You will receive a confirmation with the date the account will be permanently deleted.

From the web

1. Sign in at collectorstashmarket.com.
2. Go to /profile.
3. Click Delete account.

24-hour cooling-off period

Deletion requests are executed after 24 hours. During that window you can change your mind by simply signing in again — that automatically cancels the request.

Locked out of your account?

Email support@collectorstashmarket.com from the address registered to your account. We process your request within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your user record (username, email, password hash, profile fields, seller address).
• Your collection, wishlist, decks, and price alerts.
• Your marketplace listings and bids.
• Your direct messages (both directions).
• Your forum threads and posts.
• Your developer API keys and usage counters.
• Your profile photo and uploaded listing photos.

What is retained

• Confirmed card-recognition photos that you actively added to the training corpus, in pseudonymous form with no link to your account.
• Anonymized, non-identifying analytics (page-view counts, search-term counts).
• Marketplace transaction records (order history, invoice metadata) for up to 7 years for tax purposes.
