Acceptable Use Policy

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent loss of your account.

Prohibited conduct and content

Illegal or fraudulent trade

• Listing counterfeit, "proxy", or illegally obtained cards.
• Listing goods that are not lawfully tradable in the Netherlands or in the buyer's EU country.
• Phishing, fraud, "shill bidding", or impersonation.

Harmful communication

• Threats, harassment, doxing, or stalking.
• Hate speech based on origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
• Unsolicited messaging or spam, including via direct messages.

Inappropriate content

• Sexually explicit, violent, or shocking imagery.
• Content that endangers or sexually objectifies minors.

Infringement of third-party rights

• Copying others' images or text without permission.
• Misuse of trademarks or logos.

Platform abuse

• Automated scraping outside the official developer API.
• Multi-accounts to circumvent a ban or manipulate bidding.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, rate limiting, or security.
• Reverse engineering of the app or API to extract business logic.

Enforcement

• First violation: warning and/or content removal.
• Severe or repeated violation: temporary suspension.
• Immediate permanent ban for illegal trade, fraud, child abuse, or targeted harassment.

You may appeal an enforcement decision by replying within 14 days to the email in which the decision was communicated.
